The first step is to make it happen! Contact us at Hummingbird Home Inspection and schedule an inspection. We will work with the home owner to coordinate a full home inspection as soon as their schedule allows.

Once the inspection is scheduled, Hummingbird Home Inspection will conduct a non-invasive, visual examination of the accessible areas of the home to identify defects in the systems of the home, as well as attempting to locate any safety concerns, which is a complicated way of saying that we’ll have a very close look around and document everything of note!

Once the inspection has been completed, Hummingbird Home Inspection will process a report for you, documenting our findings in a concise and clear manner, complete with photographs and sometimes video as well. Usually the report is available within 72 hours of inspection completion. With a Hummingbird Home Inspection report in hand you’ll have a complete picture on the condition of the home and will be able to make the most informed decisions going forward.
