how much does an inspection cost?

Typically an inspection runs between $350-$400, but the size, age, and location of the home all contribute to the final price. We typically discuss a property with you and the listing agent before determining a price, and you will know what the final price will be before you hire us to inspect. No surprises.

How Soon can you inspect?

We try to do inspections as soon as possible, but inspection dates are determined by both our schedule and the home owner’s own busy schedule as well, which don’t always line up. Typically, we will conduct an inspection within a week of hiring, often within one to three days.

When will I receive my report?

We generally produce reports within 24-72 hours of a completed inspection.
